This is my custom firmware for Nokia 5800 v50.0.005
Here is the changes that I made to improve the speed and functionality upon the original firmware:
* Phone Language: English and Chinese
* SpinSlide Theme Effect
* Add Omnia Widget Homescreen (iPhone)
* Rotation lightning fast
* Improves Kinetic Scrooling to a great extent and makes the phone faster
* Increase system heap size and reduce application delay close time
* Improves Camera Quality a lot
* Remove QuickOffice, Get Rihanna & other useless stuff* Add RomPatcher & all patches
* Application Policy Mod (Install unsigned applications without installserver patch)
* Disable Keyboard light
* Disable lock/Unlock vibration
* Forces the Camera application to clear the RAM Cache after the camera is turned off
* Moves the RAM Cache to C: for super fast performance
* UI Acceleration Mod
* Super Start Mod
1. Rom Patcher Autostart
2. Disables Nokia Welcome SMS Sending
3. Disables startup of background Running Apps
* Enables sending of SIS, SISX, JAR files via Default File manager
* Remove running apps small icon
* Help files removed.
Here is the comparison about total of files been reduced on ROFS2 between the 2 firmwares.
Original Firmware: 31.4 MB / 4772 Files / 460 Folders
Custom Firmware: 23.5 MB / 2131 Files / 103 Folders

Flash using J.A.F. and please make sure that your phone type is RM-356 and the firmware version is below v50.0.005.
Downgrade will brick your phone!!!
Extract gadget.swf and AndreHSConfig.xml on your E:\ before flashing your phone, or else you will get a blank home screen.
